Client services provides the support of computers, other devices, and a myriad of
services at the user level. This group includes the HelpDesk, with software repair
and installation, the Computer labs, the RunnerCard office, the Multi Media Lab, and
the Accessible Technology that provides guidance for accessibility issues of campus
websites.
Desktop Support
The Desktop Support team provides computer and other device hardware & software repair
and installation. This includes most technology devices found on the customer's work
station as well as support for various hardware utilized on campus.
Service Center
The Service Center can assist with your technology needs including software support
for your personal computer, tablet, and phone.
