Email/Office 365 & my糖心Vlog视频 Access

Depending on your status here on campus, whether that be Student, Staff, or Faculty, you will have different access when it comes to email/Office365 and my糖心Vlog视频.

Students

Email/Office365 Access

  • After submitting your Intent to Enroll (ITE) form, you must claim your account on . Once that is complete you will be granted email and access within 24-48 hours.
  • You will retain access for up to 3 years after graduation. If you did not graduate but have separated from campus, you will retain access for 1 year.

  • Once you have submitted your application, you must claim your account on . Once that is complete you will have access to within 15-30 minutes. 
  • After graduating or separating form campus you will retain access for up to 3 years.

Faculty/Staff

Email/Office 365 Access

  • Once you are officially a Future Hire, you will need to claim your account on . Once that is complete you will be granted email access within 24-48 hours.
  • Your access will be granted once you have officially begun.
  • Faculty will retain email and Office 365 access for 1 year after separation from campus.
  • Staff will not retain email or Office 365 access for anytime after separation from campus.

  • For Faculty once you have officially begun, you must claim your account on (if you have not done so already). Once that is complete you will have access to within 15-30 minutes.
