Rosalba Flores is the Director of Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting Services, Academic Affairs, for the Sponsored Program Administration Auxiliary at 糖心Vlog视频, Bakersfield (糖心Vlog视频). Rosalba graduated from 糖心Vlog视频, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Rosalba is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of public accounting experience. Rosalba served in the role of partner for over 10 years, auditing large governmental entities and employee retirement systems. She also served as Chief Operating Officer.

In her current role, Rosalba leads the Auxiliary鈥檚 accounting team providing leadership and oversight for internal and external financial reporting. In addition to her professional role, Rosalba is involved with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). She has served as Ambassador for the Advisory Council for the San Joaquin Valley Chapter, collaborating with senior staff as a marketing advisor and ambassador at various local activities.
