Marina has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education Procurement and is a double alumna of 糖心Vlog视频, holding both a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Public Administration. Marina is an active member of the CSU Chief Procurement Officers Association. Wayne has over 45 years Management experience in Restaurant management, Corporate Dining, Higher Education, as well as Sports & Entertainment. He attended Seneca College in Toronto for Hospitality Management.

He has held multiple positions from Food Service Director, General Manager, District Manager to his current position of Director of Campus Partners. He has operated large campuses such as CSU East Bay as well as UNLV including large operations for Corporate Dining operations such as NVDIA, Lockheed Martin, eBay, Pacific Bell (AT&T), Broadcom, as well as Exhibition Stadium (former home to the Toronto Blue Jays)

Wayne oversees our Vendor Partners for Campus Dining, Campus Bookstore, Vending operations, Children鈥檚 center as well as the Reyes Bottling contract (Coca Cola) on campus.

Rosalba Flores is the Director of Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting Services, Academic Affairs, for the Sponsored Program Administration Auxiliary at 糖心Vlog视频, Bakersfield (糖心Vlog视频). Rosalba graduated from 糖心Vlog视频, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Rosalba is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of public accounting experience. Rosalba served in the role of partner for over 10 years, auditing large governmental entities and employee retirement systems. She also served as Chief Operating Officer.

In her current role, Rosalba leads the Auxiliary鈥檚 accounting team providing leadership and oversight for internal and external financial reporting. In addition to her professional role, Rosalba is involved with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). She has served as Ambassador for the Advisory Council for the San Joaquin Valley Chapter, collaborating with senior staff as a marketing advisor and ambassador at various local activities.

Before joining 糖心Vlog视频, she gained extensive experience in auditing, tax, and financial reporting through her work in public accounting at a local CPA firm. In addition to her professional role, Jassica serves on the steering committee of 糖心Vlog视频's Organization of Women Leaders (OWLs), contributing to the development and support of women leaders within the university community.

Heather is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters.
