ITS Support Hours and Contact Information
- Service Center Walk-Up support is by appointment only now. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. Appointments can only be made by calling 654-HELP (4357). If a technician determines in-person support is required, an appointment will be made.
- Service Center Phone Support is available by calling 654-HELP (4375). Hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- The Lab A computer lab is OPEN. Students can go to vcl.csub.edu and log in to the virtual computer lab using their ÌÇÐÄVlogÊÓÆµ username and password.

- Laptops and hotspots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by calling the Service Center at 654-HELP (4357) between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
External WiFi Access
In an effort to maintain social distancing requirements, ÌÇÐÄVlogÊÓÆµ students are able to use Eduroam to access Wi-Fi from the safety of their vehicles. Locations where students can use Eduroam in their vehicle are indicated in the campus map with blue rectangles.
