2025-2026 Room & Board Rates

DOUBLE ROOM

Double

Double Rooms are $4,840 per semester per resident and include all of the amenities listed above. 

  • Two (2) residents per medium room
  • Four (4) residents per medium suite
    • A double suite is made up of two double rooms, which share a common room and restroom
  • All resident students are required to have a meal plan.

Triple Rooms are $4,035 per semester per resident and include all of the amenities listed above. 

  • Three (3) residents per large room
  • Six (6) residents per large suite
    • A triple suite is made up of two triple rooms, which share a common room and restroom
  • All resident students are required to have a meal plan.

SINGLE ROOM

Single

Single Rooms are $6,775 per semester per resident and include all of the amenities listed above. 

  • One (1) resident per single room.*
  • Four (4) residents per double/single suite
    • A double/single suite is made up of two single rooms and one double room, which share a common room and restroom.
       
  • All resident students are required to have a meal plan.

Student Housing East is a 500 bed facility consisting of two residence halls, Juniper Hall and Pinyon Hall.

2025-2026 Meal Plan

Campus Dining offers an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) dining hall inside the Runner Cafe and dining dollars that can be used in retail locations across campus. AYCE dining will require a meal swipe from your student ID while dining dollars will be on a declining balance per semester. 

Base price for the meal plan is $2,622.50 per student, per semester. Resident students will have an opportunity to upgrade their meal plan during the first two weeks of the semester. 

All resident students are required to have a meal plan.
