Human Resource Management for the College of Business and Public Administration at

from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020. Prior to coming to the US, she
earned a Ph.D. and an MBA in Human Resource Management in India. Her professional

State University. Dr. Bidgoli helped set up the first PC lab in the United States
and served as its first director. He is the author of 49 textbooks, 27 manuals, and
over five dozen technical articles and papers on various aspects of computer applications,
information systems, network security, e-commerce, and decision support systems published
and presented throughout the world. Dr. Bidgoli also serves as the editor-in-chief

of Information Security, The Internet Encyclopedia, and The Encyclopedia of Information

State University, Bakersfield. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior

The Ohio State University. His current research includes organizational climates,
career calling, and work meaningfulness. Assistant Professor of Management Associate Professor of Management(Operations Management) Bio: Dr. Mansik Hur is an Associate Professor of Management at the 糖心Vlog视频,
Bakersfield. Prior to joining the 糖心Vlog视频 faculty in August 2017, Dr. Hur was a career
military officer in the Republic of Korea Air Force. He earned his Ph.D. in Management
from the University of Alabama and taught as an adjunct instructor prior to coming
to 糖心Vlog视频. He also holds an MS in Logistics Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute
of Technology and a BS in Linguistics from the Korea Air Force Academy. His teaching
and research interests are in logistics and supply chain management, inventory management,
performance-based contracting. During his military careers, Dr. Hur has been involved
in major acquisition programs of the Air Force and has won many awards for his management
and leadership efforts. He was also competitively selected for a Korean Air Force
scholarship to pursue his doctorate education. After serving the Korea Air Force for
24 years, he retired as a rank of Lieutenant Colonel and joined the 糖心Vlog视频 to develop
new career in academia by sharing his knowledge, experience and expertise with students

He received his Ph.D. and a M.S. both in Management from the University of Arizona.
Other academic training includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington,
a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College, and post-graduate coursework
in Religious Studies and Ethics from Oxford University. Dr. Olson also served as an
asset/liability manager and as an assistant branch manager during his 10 years as
a practitioner within the banking sector and was a circus performer for several years
prior to this. His research interests are centered on governance and decision-making

Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management Associate DeanProfessor of Management Assistant Professor of Management Assistant Professor of Marketing Bio: Atieh received her PhD from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She holds a BS
in Computer Engineering-Software and a M.SC in industrial engineering-System Management
and Productivity. Her professional experience includes three years in the field of
computer science including database design and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Her main research interests are artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML),
data analytics, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). She is interested
in the effect of such technologies on users鈥 behavior. Her research has been published

the University of Missouri Kansas City. She simultaneously completed a two-year Certificate
Program in College and University-level teaching from UMKC. Dr. Sarma completed her
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications in India, where she
was a University topper and a gold medalist. She completed her Master鈥檚 in Project
and Program Management and Business Development from France. Dr. Sarma has lived and
worked in three countries 鈥 USA, France, and India, and has rich industrial work experience
in multi-functional roles. Her main teaching and research interests include entrepreneurship
and innovation, and strategic management. Dr. Sarma has published in the Asia Pacific
Journal of Management, Business Horizons, Entrepreneurship Research Journal, and Asia
Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics on areas of firm-level strategies, entrepreneurial
ecosystems, and entrepreneurship. She has presented several of her research papers
at international-level conferences such as the Academy of Management, Babson Conference,
Sustainability Ethics and Entrepreneurship, and USASBE. Dr. Sarma is a member of the
Academy of Management and has served as ad-hoc reviewer for multiple journals such

of North Texas. She hails from Nepal, where she was a lecturer before joining the

and as a faculty member at 糖心Vlog视频, Bakersfield. He has served
in various campus leadership positions, including Chair of the Academic Senate and
several Senate Committees, as Director of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership,
as Department Chair of Management & Marketing, as Associate Dean of the College of
Business & Public Administration, and twice as Interim Dean for the School. Stark
entered academia after sixteen years of practical experience in small and medium-sized
organizations, in both the private and public sectors. After receiving his PhD in
Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia, his primary areas
of instruction have been organizational behavior, small business management, and managerial

Bakersfield (2019鈥損resent). Previously he was an Assistant Professor of Marketing
at the University of Southern Maine (2016鈥 2019). His research interests include digital
marketing, marketing analytics, research computing, text analytics, and sentiment
analysis. He has extensive experience dealing with various marketing problems using
data analytics and machine learning with R, Python, Tableau, DataRobot, Stata, SAS,
Google Data Studio, and SPSS. He held administrative positions for about 7 years before
pursuing a doctorate in Business. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from
the University of Texas at El Paso, a Data Science Specialization (9-course certificate)
from Johns Hopkins University (Online), an MBA, and a Bachelor鈥檚 in Business Statistics.
He was the recipient of the 2020 Literati Award Winner for Highly Commended Papers
in the Qualitative Market Research. He was also the recipient of the Dodson research
grant, the Mike Loya research scholarship, and several other grants. As of 2020, he
has published over 15 peer-reviewed papers including the Journal of Business Research,
