Admission decisions are based on the evaluation of the information reported on your Cal State Apply admission application, and/or received academic records which result in an admission decision, including a provisional status. Students may appeal if their academic records (test scores and/or grades) initially reported having changed, or if they wish to explain an extenuating circumstance that may have affected their ability to meet admission eligibility requirements or deadlines. 

Please combine all supporting documents into one PDF readable document. Scanned documents may be provided; however, photos of documents, transcripts, screen captures, etc. are not accepted.  

NOTE: All appeals must be received by 糖心Vlog视频 within 15 days of the date of the "missed deadline," or "denial" notification/communication from the 糖心Vlog视频 Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
